New Events is much more than a tool for traditional events. It's a flexible RSVP page you can use every time you want to capture information or registrations from customers and prospects – whether it's test drives, prospecting or launches.

New Events is now available in your account.
June 30, 2026
From this date, events can only be created in New Events. Existing events in old Events remain and can be managed as usual.
January 1, 2027
The old Events is taken out of service and all event and personal data is permanently deleted from the system.
All data in old Events is permanently deleted on January 1, 2027. If you want to keep event history, contact details or other information, make sure to export it in advance.
Upgrades

No, New Events is already activated in your account. You'll find it in the menu in your C5 Pro account.
No, New Events is a completely free upgrade for all customers. No new licenses, no contract changes.
They remain active until January 1, 2027. You can manage ongoing events as usual throughout the entire period. Just make sure to export registrations and customer data in good time before the shutdown.
Since New Events is a fundamental rework of the module, it's not possible to move existing events over directly – you'll need to rebuild them. The good news: once you've built your first event in New Events, you can quickly reuse the layout via the new copy-and-change-theme feature.
On January 1, 2027 old Events is permanently shut down and all data is deleted. If an event runs past that date, you need to export all important data (registrations, customer details, statistics) well in advance, and recreate the event in New Events before year-end so it can continue without interruption.
No. From June 30, 2026, all new events can only be created in New Events. We recommend that you start using New Events today so you have time to get comfortable with the new interface.
